Avantages
Since starting at XSellco a few months before the Covid pandemic, I would have expected an up and down experience working here since then working here. I have to say that the experience has actually been Up and Up the entire time. The company have been nothing short of amazing with the support, benefits and facilities provided to us since having to work from home in March. This has been outlined by our CEO and put into place by the great People & Engagement team. XSellco has a great community and you are really made to feel like a valued employee week in week out. It's easy to speak to anyone throughout the company, collaborate across different teams and locations and work towards a common goal together. It's a really exciting team to work at XSellco and the opportunities and chances given to progress and to learn have been endless so far.
