      eComEngine promotes a great work/life balance while also challenging its employees to continually grow and improve. The people there are all bright and easy to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Being a distributed, remote company makes it difficult to build personal rapport with other employees.

      I was blessed to be assigned to a great, mature team.

      - Benefits didn't change or improve within 5 years. - A lot of buzzword marketing talk from the CEO but no definite action seen in the direction of the company.
