      Avantages

      - slow work environment and laid back - decent flexibility in work life balance

      Inconvénients

      -Priorities change constantly depending on the owner’s mood - No real training, growth, or development you either survive or get fired - A few early employees carried the company to where it is today; outside of that, there’s nothing to learn here - Communication is a mess , terrible language barriers, limited English in day-to-day operations, and no effort to build an inclusive or professional culture - Company is run like a dictatorship. leadership titles are meaningless because everything goes through one person

      None I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent expectations. Dictatorship Policies in place with nothing done about them Management doesn't actually care or listen to what you have to say.

      Avantages

      There's hardly any pros. Everyone pretends to be nice on the surface. Worst management, the HR policies are useless, there is none rather. They follow a hire & fire policy. The good ratings you're seeing in here are forced and fake reviews.

      Inconvénients

      The list is never ending. They won't pay you for months and when you'll ask for your due, they'll fire you and never respond again.
