      Avantages

      They pay pretty well.

      Inconvénients

      They act like employees are unnecessary and replaceable. They will not hesitate to threaten your job. They will harass and “build cases” to get rid of people for petty reasons.

      Avantages

      The company is small so you get to know everyone. Their it staff is in house so if there is ever an issue you can typically get it resolved relatively quick.

      Inconvénients

      There isn't an actual HR, there is someone who is an "acting" hr. The salaried employees are not paid correctly as per normal salary, with a small office comes small office drama.
