      Avantages

      Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.

      -travel -6 week new hire training -work life balance - bonuses/yearly raise -great coworkers and team leads

      Inconvénients

      -travel to boring states -benefits/401k -position burnout but plenty of opportunity to switch positions
