      Avantages

      when compared with previous HR teams current HR leadership is good. HR Always open for discussion and ideas and always try to keep the team together. Supportive Work culture

      Inconvénients

      BD teams needs to have proper idea on how long it will take for development. Unusual pressure from the BD Heads & BD Members.

      Avantages

      The HR team is very supportive and always open for employee grivances . The solutions they give also practical and always liestn to employees.The new HR team does many new initiatives to the company .
