      2% pension We have to pay a contribution (about 50%) towards health insurance out of our own wage Only 20 days annual leave Nobody gets good Friday off No maternity leave pay No sick leave pay No annual salary reviews No bonuses No incentives to staff for anything They give sneaky rises to staff they like No shares for anyone No wage structure Not enough staff on any of the teams No training given to staff The owners only care about money and getting rich and not about us or our lives
