Avantages
Pay is very good and each year you get an increase depending on how well you have done the previous year as well as if you went beyond your role and did things like creating reports on how something is or isn't working etc. Benefits are great, VHI, EAP etc.
Inconvénients
You're expected to work on other lines if they are busy so everyone is cross trained but it's the bare basics which isn't helpful when you are asked difficult questions. They pretend to care about your mental or physical health and advise you not to come in if unwell but when you go back, they have to do a return to work interview and the questions asked make you feel like you've caused more work for everyone for being our sick. "How do you think your absence affects the team and department overall" "what will you do in the future to make sure this doesn't happen again" Hard to progress in certain roles and interview process is weird, they use a STAR method
