TAG is a great place to grow in your career. I have been here just over a year and I am a Sr Benefits Specialist which means I manage Benefits for a large group of accounts for small to medium employers. Because we provide so much for our groups I have learned way more than I could have ever learned at another brokerage. While we are very busy and things in the ACA change constantly, we work as a team and support one another. We have advanced technology that allows us to complete tasks much more quickly and efficiently. We can also ask for things we would like to add in IT and get that implemented fairly quickly. All departments work together as a team. We are at a point right now where those who do not want to work hard are no longer with us. The owner is very involved and hands on. He has an open door attitude and provides many fun experiences for us that I have never found at other employers. Working at TAG is a different culture...it's work hard and play hard!
Inconvénients
You need to come in ready to roll up your sleeves. There is not an official training that you go through so it is a learn as you go type of job. But if you catch on quick, ask enough questions and already know your stuff you will be a great addition to the teams here.

It's payroll, so not the most exciting thing to work on.
