Avantages
eBecs are winning lots of project work, and seem to be working hard to improve the overall team structure and methodologies. During my first few months, I was a little disappointed to be honest, but I had a genuine chat with my line manager, who identified a different opportunity elsewhere in the business which I could be suitable for. This has given me a whole new challenge, and I give 100% kudos to eBecs for helping me move more towards my overall career goals. Everyone is super-friendly, and all I can say, is if you don't think you are achieving your full potential, then have a chat with management to see what other opportunities are available. With the takeover from DXC, eBecs is in prime position to be the Microsoft Centre of Excellence, and there will be plenty of great opportunities available. Work-Life balance can be variable, but in general its pretty good.
Inconvénients
Processes & tools need to be better aligned across projects, and forward thinking leadership is needed to achieve this, which will ultimate increase project margins.
