Avantages
Okay, basically to put it honestly, E-Telequote was AMAZING, UNTIL it was bought out by GoHealth. Good people, bosses, supervisors, super understanding. More than willing to work with you to make you better as an agent in your position. They did regular coachings to help you be a better agent, they helped you become successful in the position, because prior to GoHealth they actually cared about every agent that worked for them. We weren't just a number, we weren't "replaceable" they treated all of us well. Again, until GoHealth came into the picture.
Inconvénients
None, UNTIL the acquisition happened. Then it all went down hill from there. From lying through teeth, to telling people to have "grace" & not worry. You should have been honest from the get go, because dishonestly doesn't fair well for ANYONE. Because, well clearly so many were affected by choices high up.
