If you asked me a year ago how I felt about the company. I would have told you it is a prestigious company to work for, I wished it would have stayed that way. - Direct colleagues feel like family and very supportive
Inconvénients
- Extremely top heavy in leadership (I noticed a comment stating they are trying to grow, but theres almost a 15-20% drop in employees without replacements) - No one truly know what the Executive Leadership Team does, and for how many there are of them, they should be more in tune for what is going on - People running the company are not on the same page, consistently giving false information, or information that does not align with the other - Promoting people who do not belong into the position, then never training them and letting them do whatever they would like - Most client retention problems could have been resolved had they listened to people working within the Service Desk
