      Avantages

      -Very complex organization with some extremely bright individuals. -OSI is a company always looking to remain ahead of the technological curve. -Benefits are great -Pay is not to bad

      Inconvénients

      -Too much micro-managing which does not allow talent to surface -Sometimes the hunger for more business is not met with the inventory of product available -Training in all aspects could be better, instead of cramming it all in one week

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
