Avantages
It was an amazing experience! I got to learn about what goes into production, the creative process, budgeting for photo and film shoots, casting, radio and tv ad production, social behavioral change communications (SBCC) and budgeting for all of the above. Shani and Zele are great bosses to work for!
Inconvénients
Sometimes the nature of the job can be stressful and there can be pressure to get a lot done on short timelines, but these things are always manageable and your colleagues are always willing to help you find a solution to your challenges!
