      This is a small clinic, great place to get started in Research good place to gain experience. Learning about Clinical trials from start to finish

      Inconvénients

      depends on where you are in your career this is great place to start your research career. you will wear a lot of hats, but honestly might not be a con in the end, you will know lots of different aspects of Clinical research

      Avantages

      Easy access to decision makers. Nothing is hidden. They have a retirement plan and healthcare. Hours are straight forward.

      Inconvénients

      Parking is suboptimal in summer. The phones are busy. They had just started with ADP and were working on direct deposits when I left. Did I mention the place was busy?
