      Avantages

      Decent pay when you get overtime. Good retirement.

      Inconvénients

      If you are not a favorite you will not succeed as quickly if at all. Big company so you are a replaceable employee with little to no value. Riddled with drug users and false paper work. Wrote up fired or terminated if you don’t fall in line with the agenda while others get away with whatever and promoted
