Avantages

We moved into our beautiful new offices in Tower Bridge, London overlooking the river, the atmosphere in the new space is vibrant. The company organises great events and they've done a good job hiring authentic, smart, hardworking and lovely individuals that make the working culture and collaboration easy. The benefits are standard but the additional branded perks, gifts, breakfast, as well as events like Family day go along way. It operates as a start up, so you get a lot of exposure and the company is great at pushing you out of your comfort zone.

Inconvénients

Changes are constant, sometimes not organised in the best way but we've learned to adapt to it, and it's quite common in the fintech space from what I've seen. Many of the leaders are based in the headquarters in China which sometimes means they don't fully appreciate the local nuances.

A perfect place for personal growth in a fast moving fin tech environment. Lovely and supportive people working with you. Super diverse and harmonious culture! Great new office location next to the Tower bridge!

Inconvénients

High standard of measuring performance. Need to keep coping with changes and fast growing business.
