      Avantages

      Best work experience I've ever had. My key words defining everyday work would be: Ambitious, friendly, startup mentality, curious, respectful, exciting, flexible & professional. (and food focused) Strongly recommend to anyone looking for an ambitious startup where you are allowed to carve your own way and be yourself, at your very best.

      Inconvénients

      It's a startup so the company is naturally always improving. The cons of yesterday might be a pro today.

      Avantages

      - As a developer/engineer you get to work with a very interesting product using modern technologies - Constantly learning and developing all kinds of cool stuff - Easy to balance work and life balance especially because Workfellow allows 100% remote work from anywhere in the world. You choose where you work from - Helpful and great co-workers - So far the codebase isn't so massive so it is a great time to join and get familiar with it to understand it fully in-depth - Leadership and co-workers that really care about your opinions and ideas - Not a ton of meetings (I personally enjoy that)

      Inconvénients

      - Priorities and objectives might change suddenly which is quite normal for a startup environment
