      - Never delayed salary - Straightforward with their processes - Their only job is to process your salary after assigning you to a client

      Inconvénients

      - No leaves or benefits AT ALL (you would be the one having to negotiate leaves with the client). Agency will not be in charge of giving you earned leaves - You receive only around 40% or less of the actual amount the client pays - Typical agency who treats employees as money makers, no support system or incentives or growth plan whatsover
