Avantages
Medical, dental, vision on par with other companies. Has grand plans and many projects in flight. Unlimited PTO (maybe), coworkers want to do the right thing.
Inconvénients
Many projects do not get completed, they are dropped or pushed into an eternal back-log for other priorities. Priorities are driven by the next big customer without considerations for what is possible or reasonable to complete. Unlimited PTO, but only if you take your laptop and check-in/work while you are out of office. Pay is an issue at all levels and the only time you will get compensated correctly is if you leave and come back, or just move on there is nothing worth returning for. Company has changed for the worse in the last 5 years, ask about employee turnover.
