      Inconvénients

      Leadership transparency and ethical standards could benefit from greater consistency and accountability. Organizational structure and decision-making processes often feel disorganized, leading to confusion and inefficiencies. Staffing levels are lean, which can result in workload imbalances and burnout during peak periods. Core technologies and systems are outdated, limiting innovation and slowing productivity. The company’s financial stability is closely tied to a single major client, which poses a risk to long-term sustainability.

      It is 100% remote environment. Personally, this is my ideal scenario, but it might not work for others.

      Avantages

      WebOps has had a lot of success over the years and built a fantastic software as a service product. 2023 has brought a lot of change with new leadership. At the same time, we have a core group of long time employees that are helping us as we build for the future.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the employees are remote which makes team building activities, especially in person, very difficult. We just started a weekly team trivia which was a lot of fun and I hope we can do more things like that moving forward.
