      Avantages

      Downtown location is great! Employees are polite. The administrative office provides ample desk space for each employee and desired adjustable desks.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is stuck in the past and change is resisted at all levels. Promotion timeline is slow or nonexistent.

      Working along side of the set up crews was an amazing experience.

      Avantages

      My co-workers and management are generally a happy and friendly, the work environment is pleasant. The bar manager is knowlagble and friends. The same goes for the banquet captains. We host many different event so you are exposed to many type of people and personalities.

      Inconvénients

      Working as a server or bartender, their is a seniority list, when first start you may not receive much work until you earn some seniority.
