Avantages
You get the opportunity to have a positive impact on women and children in need. It's a very worthy cause, and the organization has made great strides.
Inconvénients
Turnover is rampant because upper management is great at politics, but have no other people skills. Too many great employees have left when they couldn't take it any more. The board of directors is unapproachable, and seemingly blind. HR is a ridiculous.
