      Avantages

      Family atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Fun environment without too much micromanagement. Can easily succeed if you are a hard worker willing to show up on time.

      Inconvénients

      Can hold onto "bad" employees for too long. At times, the Executive Mgmt. can be disconnected from the realities of the company.

      Avantages

      Small office with great environment. No micromanagement which I loved but it also meant I was responsible for my own success....that can be tough in sales but I enjoyed it.

      Inconvénients

      I only left because my family was relocated to another state.
