      Avantages

      Good health insurance is the only pro I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Poor work/life balance. Depressing/moldy pole barn they call an office. The CEO owns the building and rents it back to the company, smh. Not a fun place to work, everyone keeps to themselves. No social or team building events. Lots of silos. Company is stuck in the past and is run like that. Get with the times.

      Avantages

      Small, laid back office environment. Funny and fun people. Department leaders understand their employees' work and are sympathetic to possible frustrations. Very few unpleasantly stressful situations.

      Inconvénients

      Cubicle, few windows, repetitive, sometimes tedious work. Honestly, it's hard to come up with the 20 word minimum of cons.

      Avantages

      New changes have been in the works since April. Since the Midmark acquisition, positive changes are happening and we are continuing to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Executive leadership has been stagnant.
