      VERY UNDERPAID. Have to nag management to give annual performance reviews. conflict never disciplined. managers let emotion get in way of how they treat employee.

      Avantages

      Recently expanded facility is attractive. If you are in the Carrollton area, it is an opportunity to work in a tech company.

      Inconvénients

      Company has a reputation for lowballing on salary and benefits. Treats employees as if they are lucky to have a job and provides little autonomy to advanced engineering staff, who can be treated more like technicians.
