Avantages
After about 1.5 years with Veracity, I'm looking forward to a long-term career with this company. I've been able to establish a good relationship with my manager, who steps in when necessary and lets me work independently when needed. I love my work colleagues, we have so much fun together at our many events. Sometimes it doesn't feel like work because I get to hang out with a bunch of friends all day. Even though we have a lot of fun... we do also get a lot of work done as well. I know our corporate staff are constantly busy with proposals and we've heard a few 'We WON!' announcements so that is promising as well. Overall, I think this is a great place to work and I am hoping to spend the next 5-10 or more years here. If you work in aviation, engineering, or government contracting, you should try to work here. After 10 years working for many different companies, Veracity Engineering is the best, in my opinion.
Inconvénients
Senior management should continue to work on communications and I would like to see more open discussion forums. We had a few meetings that were supposed to be an open discussion, but there was limited time for questions and some questions went unanswered.
