Avantages
I've had a great experience working at Veracity thus far. They are extremely proud of the culture they represent and have built a solid reputation with their government customers. Even though it's work, I can honestly say they do their best to make employees feel like family. They recognize/reward big accomplishments and plan several events a year outside of the office for fun and team building. I saw in another review that support for continuing education was a problem. In my experience, they were very supportive. They have a yearly tuition reimbursement policy that covered most of my classes and occasionally provide other training and certification classes paid for by the company in addition to the employee benefits. I would definitely recommend Veracity to others.
Inconvénients
The company had some growing pains after winning a couple of large contracts, growing to over a hundred employees, and opening multiple offices in a short period of time. They separated "corporate" and "project" employees into different offices. They just built a new office at L'Enfant Plaza and have everyone in DC back together again though.
