Avantages
Great CEO. He's a compassionate leader and a true idea guy. I had the opportunity to work directly with him often even though I was just a Director. I liked their mentorship program both when I was a mentee and later when I became a mentor for new hires. Work-life balance is amazing here. Very flexible on taking personal time and they have a good hybrid flex schedule. The company has very strong leaders over the departments. The execs don't feel siloed from the rest of the business like I've seen at previous companies. Competitive salary -- I never felt underpaid or taken for granted.
Inconvénients
Tough few years for the industry as a whole after the pandemic. Took them a while to rebound, which caused some stress on the business.
