Thanks for the feedback and for highlighting some of the things we have been working hard for over the past 10 years! We are extremely thankful to have individuals like yourself as a part of our team. To speak to a few of the things you mentioned, we need to continue to listen to all employees when they voice pain points. We have OfficeVibe, which is one outlet for expressing those concerns, but please also bring them directly to leaders so we can make timely improvements when needed. We are all very proud of our exceptional female leaders across the organization. We are very lucky to have strong, intelligent, female leaders at a variety of levels from Vice Presidents to individual contributors. That gender diversity helps to push Valorem Reply forward!

Avantages

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Inconvénients

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Avantages

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Inconvénients

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
