      - Healthy workplace culture; - Flexible remote locations; - Recognition for efforts; - The opposite of shame and blame culture: if there's is a problem then it's the team's responsibility to fix it and improve.

      Inconvénients

      The same as any other startup: tons of items to develop and not a lot of time to improve project quality.
