      Avantages

      Good focus on community, local network and a young office environment. Health coverage was excellent (especially if you have a spouse and family), however no 401k benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Click-y, no formal organization, poor management and decisive between the studios. A little too "crunchy-granola" for a firm ready to expand.

      Avantages

      Lots of opportunities for PM and CA roles for more junior staff. Very collaborative and best practices focused architecture team.

      Inconvénients

      Staff working on specific project types can feel siloed from one another. While there is a concerted effort to mesh, it is still present.
