      - Opportunities for growth and learning through lunch and learns - Remote team that stays connected, some of the team members do a great job running game breaks weekly for everyone to decompress - Great people and great clients that make an impact - Interesting, challenging and innovative work - Transparent and open leadership team - Good work life balance

      Inconvénients

      - More regular in person get togethers would be great but with a distributed team, I know it is hard

      Urban Insight is a rapidly growing agency. Some things that make UI stand out. Outstanding remote work policy. Weekly team meetings to identify, discuss, and solve department problems. A Management team that leads and inspires Support of a work / life balance Yearly goals, reviews, and quarterly check-ins for individuals, departments and the organization.

      Inconvénients

      It can be challenging for some to prioritize their goals over client work but there is time allocated every week for this. You must hold yourself accountable to communicate complete your tasks in a timely manner, this can also be challenging for some.
