      decent benefits, liked my team

      Inconvénients

      layoffs, bad leadership team, not transparent, focus doesn't actually seem to be on providing quality support to the applicants or borrower... just getting as many loans funded and failed growth projects so it's easy to feel like you're job is kinda pointless

      poor management culture, many layoffs, poor stock prices, do not value employee time and contributions, poor pay compared to market prices, lack of opportunity to advance
