      Excellent colleagues. Flexible work hours. Empathetic managers. Exciting products.

      Inconvénients

      Work across many time zones. Late hours are necessary. High level of ambiguity. The company grows faster than its operations. It's getting better but you have to be able to embrace ambiguity.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
