      Interesting and diverse projects to work on, nice office, good team culture, fancy coffee machine and great training.

      Inconvénients

      Used to have an onsite Osteo sevice but since Covid it's no longer available :(

      Interesting projects and client list. Utilizing leading edge technologies and getting applications to market more quickly than bigger competitors. Operates like a family company. Great location. Many on-site services like barista bar, gym, osteo. Commitment to environment, charities, community, work / life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries and bonus. The company runs lean so functions like HR can be under invested.

      Difficult to find new business due to company being anchored in existing customers with limited ambition to grow.
