      Avantages

      Very good salary range for beginners and mid level experienced individuals. They provide good technology areas to work with early on in your career. The senior managers provide good advice and career path.

      Inconvénients

      As a consulting firm, they provide limited growth opportunities and that is when people start to move on for greener pastures.

      Very Hard working Management team dedicated to customer and employees both. Always ready to go out of their way to help employees in any and all ways possible.

      Inconvénients

      Small Company focused exclusively on staff augmentation limits the upward mobility of employees. That being said, it is a good place build skills and increase experience.
