      - you can work on great games - you can work with really talented people - you can be given great autonomy and have a say on content

      Inconvénients

      - if you're not on a successful brand, forget about bonuses - if you don't negotiate your salary, you'll be underpaid - studio is now so big, merit is not sufficient for career advancement, you need to network

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
