      Great co-workers. Global structure. Great IP's. Broad portfolio. Innovation friendly. Creative. Familiar. Good balance for work / life commitments. Lots of variation (culture, projects, attitudes) between offices across the world.

      Inconvénients

      Frustrating high-level creative process with centralized management from HQ. Uneven quality of organization and structure across different departments. Inefficient external communication structure.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
