Avantages

The free lunches were a nice perk, but since we’ve been wfh due to COVID there are no more perks. When I started, the team was great, a small company feel but on a larger scale. Could bump into executives and CEO at any given time.

Inconvénients

Thing started going down hill with revamping of departments and moving everyone around. Role changed considerably. Team changed considerably. As such so did the culture and dynamics. They allow management to have favorites like in high school, and condone a bullying atmosphere. Diversity is a joke. No room for advancement when it’s all about who’s the favorite at the moment. Would not recommend this place at all.

Thank you for your honest review. This year has been challenging for all organizations, UPC included. If there is one thing constant in this world, it is change. We value your feedback and suggest you speak to management about your concerns. Let your manager know how you feel and come to the table with solutions. We want to help our employees grow and be happy in their positions, but we have to keep an open line of communication.
