      Avantages

      There are many good qualified people working in the operating room, but the management is incompetent, disconnected and lazy. The new Irvine location seems to be managed much better than Orange location.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, favoritism, incompetent management in OR creating a very unsafe environment for staff and patients. Quite a bit of race related problems as well.
