      Avantages

      Co-workers at one point, but most have left or were fired/force-resigned. Formerly there were happy hours and time to enjoy your “work family” , but now no one is in the office if they don’t have to be and doors remain closed and ear phones stay in.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are horrible Upper management is unapproachable Huge target one each underwriter or producers back No internal company moral No communication between departments for events Zero trust in another’s team mate Every man for themselves No job security whatsoever - EVERYONE is replaceable Who knows where this company is going to end up, unfortunately. They could have stayed a big player, but now people wonder how long they will last.

      Avantages

      I enjoy working with my team as well as collaborating with other departments.

      Inconvénients

      A bit more organization to the chaos. SOPs don’t always fit all teams all the time but some type of outline for the bare bones of accounts would be a good net to catch things that otherwise would have gotten lost.
