      Avantages

      The flexible schedule helps me balance work with family life, so I can take care of my kids and the house while still working. There's also good potential for earning a steady income, which brings financial stability. Teaching online also gives me the chance to grow in my career and connect with students from different cultures, making the experience even more rewarding. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for flexibility, personal satisfaction, and career growth.

      Inconvénients

      One con is that we often have to wait for peak seasons to get more students. However, even during off-seasons, there are still enough students to maintain a steady workload. The fluctuation in student numbers can sometimes make planning a bit unpredictable, but it generally balances out.
