Greetings Teacher, Thank you for taking the time to review TutorABC. We believe you may have us confused with another online language-learning platform. Here at TutorABC, we provide our teachers with a fair and competitive pay structure that includes both completion and contribution bonuses. We do not have a uniform requirement and teachers may wear any business/smart casual clothing. We do agree that teachers who feel awesome perform better. That is why we are constantly striving to make positive changes that benefit our teachers such as adding new courses and programs (including premium courses with premium pay), relaxing cancellation policies, creating a mentor program, resuming seasonal contests, and providing our teachers with an online forum (Teacher Community) where they can communicate with their colleagues and share ideas, get help, ask questions, vent, etc. Wishing you continued success and fulfillment in your endeavors.
