Avantages

Supportive Co-Workers that didn't make me feel alone in my struggle.

Inconvénients

The supervisor at the Elk Grove FIT office essentially bullied me out of the job. They treated many of the employees unfairly and with little dignity. They did not provide support and expected the staff under them to do the supervisor's work. I went to the program director, regional director and HR for my concerns but it seemed like favoritism and turning a blind eye is ingrained in the professional culture at this location.
