      Avantages

      All expenses covered. Management team open and accessible. Great culture of teamwork. No micromanagement. Excellent insurance and decent benefit package as well.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, 24/7 on call, very difficult to get any time off. Very little time left for family or family functions.

      Avantages

      Classic office atmosphere if you’re into that.

      Inconvénients

      The amount of sexual harassment is incredible. The family dynamic is abusive and completely unprofessional. Management isn’t actually educated in leadership. HR is well aware of these issues but keeps quiet. Micromanaging styles and inconsistent direction.
