Avantages
Prior to the ION acquisition, this company was fantastic. They recognised employee's achievements, had a fantastic salary and bonus review package, and employee's were allowed to be creative and "re-invent" the wheel. Although Triple Point had several faults, management was open about the financial side to the company, and staff morale was fantastic. I could easily have worked for the company for the next 40 years.
Inconvénients
Since the ION acquisition, the above is no longer true. - there are no more bonuses and you are lucky if you get a pay increase - staff are no horribly underpaid, and are going "backwards" in their personal growth - management is completely incompetent and does not care about you... AT ALL!!!! you are just a pay check to them (really, so after 11 years, I mean absolutely nothing???) - they make 10 million promises about growth and opportunities, but in 3 years, I saw absolutely nothing except being pushed into a corner and being told that I have to become a yes/no man or I will lose my job. On top of that, they had the audacity to dictate my career path by forcing me down a road I had no intention of travelling??? (not happy) - Creativity is a thing of the past. Do as management says... that is it! - the CEO, do not get me started... stop buying islands and start looking after your staff! and by the way, you DO NOT have to micromanage the entire company. Trust your staff, will you? - all other comments made by other posts... all 100% true. This company needs to catch a wake up call... they are going down fast.
