      Avantages

      Pros do not outweigh the laundry list of cons for this company (not enough room to even list all of the cons)

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment/abusive/bullying Continue to toss work at you and will NOT hire more help/work you to the bone with no end in sight and NO POSITIVITY... ALWAYS NEGATIVITY/Full on emotional and physical drain Good ol' boy mentality/sexist attitude/favoritism/nepotism and others don't count/aren't heard Management (especially the owner) does NOT listen to anything that anyone other than sales has to say (yet when those surveys come out and they want feedback and all of these issues ,come to light etc. they DO NOT ACT) NO ONE really has a voice (except those chosen few) The list goes on and on...

      Avantages

      Trinity Surfaces has a family atmosphere. This company is dedicated to serving its employees and the communities it is in. I have always worked for corporations before where you are just a number. It is refreshing to be a part of a company who cares about its employee's. This company has given my work a higher calling. They dedicate a portion of their profits to charities that are picked by the employee's each year. They really are dedicated to living out their core values. They even take some of their employee's each year on an all-expenses paid mission trip to Guatemala.

      Inconvénients

      They live out their core values. If your core values do not align this may not be the place for you.
