Avantages

- Ample opportunities for growth where employees are encouraged to voice their interests and propose projects we are interested in; company tries their best to support whenever possible. I remember my interview session and also subsequent ones with potential co-workers where founder always emphasize on how we, as individuals want to grow. - Founder leads by example and often takes on more work than employees just so that we have sufficient rest and work-life balance. Haven't met an employer as selfless to be honest. Even if we have to work overtime, it is not forced and of our own accord and responsibility, often with compensation after peak periods (offs). - Great welfare benefits (bonus, medical, retreats etc.) for a consultancy of this size for full-time employees. This is in comparison to the 3-4 consultancies I used to work in of similar size and industry. - Work location is flexible and employees can choose to work-from-home if it suits them better. - Salary and compensation is definitely competitive.

Inconvénients

Honestly, nothing I can think of.
