      Avantages

      Leader in some technical areas. Compensation and benefit okay, about average compared to competitiors. Co-workers share information. Management realistic and respect employees.

      Inconvénients

      Competitors mainly from Taiwan. For a US company to compete with cost effective Taiwanese companies, the only way to survive is to close down most higher-paid US and Europe sites. Good for Asian coworkers, but bad for the rest.

      Avantages

      The pay here is good. Generally treatment of employees is fair. It hasnice work environment and very little work pressure.

      Inconvénients

      Growth prospects here are poor. Company's future is uncertain. You have to know someone in the management to count. Too much nepotism.
